New kicks, fire in my heels

After the excesses of Christmas, various weekends away and general indulgence, I needed something to kickstart my health and fitness regime and nothing does that more for me than some new gear (no jokes about all the gear and no idea please!).

After a bit of a palaver when I ordered these Nike trainers from a certain website, I finally managed to track them down elsewhere and they are bee-aa-uu-tiful. So light, bright and comfortable: exactly what I need to fly around that gym studio. It has unleashed my inner trainer beast now, though and I've already got my eyes on some others in the sale. Oops!
