With the invitations sent weeks ago and the mulled wine, roasted chestnuts and mince pies (muchos festive, I know!) prepared and raring to be scoffed, I sat with great anticipation waiting for my guests to arrive at my party. As a Jamie Oliver Homeware ambassador I was lucky to be getting the first look at the new product range and to show it off to some friends.
My lovely group of ladies found several items which were firm favourites from the collection, including the Rimple Casserole Dish, the Rice Pot (mentioned in a previous post), the Drink Up Drinks Dispenser and the American Oak Carving Board (the pic doesn't do it justice, btw. As well as looking great on the table, the carving board captures the juices from your roast, which can be soaked up by the ingenious baster, also from the range.
All in all a successful night getting to indulge our love of homewares and oohing and aahing over new products to come.
