If you've
ever wondered what it’s like to step inside a medieval fairytale, surrounded by
Castles, verdant and abundant gardens and wild countryside, then I have just
the place for you to explore. A place so magical that it looks like it has
leapt out of a storybook or even better, Game of Thrones!
Lisbon has much to explore, including the waterfront and docks, which stretches for miles and houses a few waterside cafes and many buildings and green areas of note in which to grab a rejuvenating coffee in between sightseeing and shopping.
Lisbon is a thriving, buzzing City with oodles of charm and
character. I’d long heard about this dynamic place which has many parallels with
South America and San Francisco but also a distinct culture which was built on
the diverse colonies it once formed around the world as the first mighty
empire.
Pit stops in Portugal: I visited Portugal last year and loved it. Lisbon had been on the
list of places to visit for a whisights but I wasn't prepared for how much the rest of the country had to offer.
